What you share
Booking enquiries save the information you enter so the KHEMMIESINGS team can assess your request. Newsletter, event and Academy forms save your contact details, preferences, consent and the page where you signed up. These records are not public and are only accessible to approved team administrators.
Emails and confirmation
Joining a list records interest. A mailing subscription is not confirmed until double opt-in is completed. Where the email service has not been connected, the form says so. No booking, enrolment, ticket or payment is confirmed by sending a form.
Change your mind
You may ask the team to remove your lead or enquiry, correct your details, or stop relevant updates. Mailing messages, when enabled, must include an unsubscribe route. Use the contact below for requests. The team retains records only while they are useful for the stated request; a detailed retention schedule is awaiting team approval.
Listening and social media
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and TikTok players load only after you choose to open them. They are external providers and may process your IP address, browser data and cookies under their own policies. Full playback and captions depend on the provider and the original upload. You can use the original platform links instead.
Website interaction counts
The site records limited interaction counts such as player opens, page sources, form starts, completions and booking-link clicks. Form text, contact details and full URLs are not included in these counts. A player open is not proof that audio was heard. Counts are not linked to visitor profiles.
